About the Role
As a B2B Marketing - North America Generalist at Elevenlabs, you will be responsible for building the partner marketing and customer advocacy motion for ElevenAgents. This involves creating programs that give customers and partners a reason to publicly champion Elevenlabs, from the people using the product every day to the executives signing the checks. Your day-to-day tasks will include running joint programs with technology partners, turning customer deployments into case studies, and measuring the success of these efforts.The goal is to 11x the return on investment from partner and customer relationships, which requires a deep understanding of what drives engagement and loyalty in the B2B space. You'll be working closely with a high-velocity team that values rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute partner co-marketing and customer advocacy programs to drive engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Create compelling narratives for various audiences, including case studies, conference keynotes, and social media content
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies
- Identify and build relationships with key customers and partners to drive advocacy and referrals
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer deployments and identify new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve marketing strategies
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing programs, ensuring ROI is maximized
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the marketing team
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in running partner co-marketing and/or customer advocacy programs at a high-growth B2B company
- Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to shape narratives for various audiences
- Understanding of what drives genuine advocacy at enterprise scale, including identifying the right customers and partners
- Ability to measure and communicate the success of marketing programs to leadership
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform marketing strategies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal bureaucracy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
