About the Role

The B2B Marketing - Spanish Latam Growth Lead is a pivotal role at Elevenlabs, tasked with driving the company's aggressive expansion into Spanish-speaking Latam, with a special focus on Mexico. This involves acting as a local source of truth for marketing and growth, combining the roles of a creative, analyst, and operator. The ideal candidate is someone who not only understands the complexity of multi-lingual markets but also has the passion and drive to implement projects from start to finish, owning the outcome entirely.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Elevenlabs' presence in Spanish-speaking Latam, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness in Mexico.
  • Design and implement complex, multi-language outbound sequences to engage potential customers and partners.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars in the region to build the Elevenlabs brand and community.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and localized retargeting efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely, produce executive-level reports, and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve outcomes.
  • Adapt Elevenlabs' global messaging to resonate deeply with Latam business cultures, ensuring all marketing efforts are culturally relevant and effective.
  • Leverage Excel for data analysis, campaign tracking, and strategic planning.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Native Spanish speaker with fluent English skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on growth marketing and regional expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with campaign management and performance analysis, ideally with knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with various stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, with a high degree of self-motivation and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
