About the Role

The B2B Outside Sales Consultant role at Navigate Power & Verde Solutions is a unique opportunity to combine sales prowess with a passion for energy management and sustainability. As a key member of the team, you will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored energy solutions that drive real results.

You will be working closely with a team of energy experts, engineers, and consultants to develop and implement comprehensive energy management strategies for commercial and industrial clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting, networking, and nurturing client relationships, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.

What You Will Do

  • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, and nurturing both new and existing client relationships
  • Consult with clients to understand their energy needs and deliver tailored solutions that address procurement, consumption, and sustainability goals
  • Present compelling proposals, manage client expectations, and deliver on promises to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Stay ahead of the competition by mastering our diverse suite of products and refining your expertise
  • Leverage multiple energy solutions to amplify your sales pipeline, including solar, EV chargers’ installations, and battery storage
  • Work closely with a team of energy experts to develop and implement comprehensive energy management strategies
  • Utilize daily pricing tools and a vast portfolio of services to drive sales growth
  • Continuously refine your sales strategy to optimize results and stay up-to-date on industry trends

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven sales success with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy sector
  • Strong professional connections and the ability to leverage them for client acquisition
  • Self-motivated with a comfort working independently and driving your own success
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability, proactivity, and a drive to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver compelling proposals
  • Experience in energy consulting, procurement, or related fields is preferred
  • Having an established book of business is a plus
