About the Role
Evolve Tech LLC is seeking a seasoned Backend Developer to create robust software solutions that meet user needs and improve system functionality.Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions by analyzing user needs and system flow.
- Design and administer server-side logic using Java Spring Boot.
- Document and demonstrate solutions through flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments.
- Maintain reusable and efficient Java code while optimizing system performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to define innovative backend solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members.
- Identify performance issues and implement automated tests with the QA team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 8 years of backend development experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Java.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Proficient in using Git or similar version control systems.
- Strong skills in Java, Java Spring Boot, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
