About the Role
The Backend Developer position at Persohap GmbH is a high-impact role that entails designing, building, and maintaining the backend services and REST APIs that power the company's AI-powered coaching and interview experiences. What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and REST APIs
- Model data and work with relational databases to ensure efficient data management
- Integrate third-party services and AI providers to enhance the coaching and interview experiences
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality, secure, and reliable backend services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise, using a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of backend services with frontend applications
- Contribute to the development of the company's technical vision and strategy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backend development, applying this knowledge to improve services
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of backend services
What We Are Looking For
- Solid experience building production backend services, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Python or a similar backend language
- Experience with SQL, REST APIs, Git, and Docker
