About the Role

WIN Home Inspection is actively seeking a Backend Developer (NodeJS) to join their innovative team. This remote position allows you to contribute to building cutting-edge web and mobile applications while working from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cloud-based applications and microservices.
  • Create reusable components and web services using NodeJS, Javascript, and REST APIs.
  • Collaborate within an agile team of product owners, frontend and backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and QA professionals.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high code quality through testing and reviews.
  • Engage in architecture discussions and mentor team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in backend development (NodeJS, Javascript, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, AWS).
  • Familiarity with development and deployment toolsets as well as testing automation.
