Responsibilities

  • Own projects from inception to deployment: define requirements, design systems, and implement solutions.
  • Develop high-quality Rust code and participate in code reviews.
  • Ensure Unichain's infrastructure remains reliable and high-performing, available 24/7.
  • Identify and address system gaps with practical solutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to maintain chain stability.
  • Collaborate across teams to clarify complex problems and develop technical plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of backend engineering experience focused on production systems.
  • Proficient in building and operating distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure.
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems and deliver actionable results.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures and system design.

  • Experience in building systems from the ground up and scaling them effectively.
