What You Will Do

• Prepare high-quality food that meets Texas Roadhouse standards
• Utilize digital tools to manage bakery operations
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the bakery are running smoothly
• Prepare ingredients and present finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow proper sanitation guidelines

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a bakery or related field
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Food safety certification preferred
