About the Role

The Baltics Content Specialist role at amo is a unique opportunity for a creative and ambitious individual to make a significant impact on the company's growth in the Baltic countries. This role involves creating high-performing content, leading creator efforts, and managing influencer campaigns that resonate with the local audience. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for understanding and leveraging internet culture from the Baltic countries to drive engagement and brand awareness.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include staying on top of the latest trends, identifying opportunities for content creation, and collaborating with the paid marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Given the fast-paced nature of the digital marketing landscape, the ability to adapt quickly, think creatively, and work under pressure is essential. The role can be based either in Paris or remotely from Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania, offering flexibility for the right candidate.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for the Baltic market, focusing on short-form content, TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
  • Lead and manage a pipeline of Baltic creators, ensuring high-quality content that meets brand standards and resonates with the target audience.
  • Design and execute influencer campaigns with top Baltic creators and micro-influencers to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the paid marketing team to turn great content into high-performing ads, utilizing data and insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Identify and jump on trends before they hit the mainstream, ensuring amo remains at the forefront of the Baltic digital landscape.
  • Write briefs, provide constructive feedback to external creators, and help them improve their content quality and engagement.
  • Work closely with the growth, distribution, and product teams in Paris to align content efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorms, test ideas quickly, and contribute to shaping the creative direction of amo in the Baltic region.
  • Support launches, events, and activations focused on the Baltic market, ensuring amo's presence is felt across the region.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-5+ years of experience in creating short-form content, preferably for brands, agencies, influencers, or as a creator, with a focus on digital platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Proven experience in making content for ads, especially UGC, with a track record of high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Experience in managing creators or providing creative feedback that improves content quality and performance.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, as well as the Baltic creator landscape and internet culture.
  • Proficiency in a Baltic language and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Experience living in any of the Baltic countries, with a deep understanding of local customs, humor, and nuances.
  • Willingness to work either in person in Paris or remotely from any of the Baltic countries, with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving, international team environment.
