What You Will Do

• Manage Student Accounts Receivable processes using Ellucian Banner
• Provide technical expertise and support to higher education institutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation projects
• Develop and implement efficient processes to improve client outcomes
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Create and deliver training programs to clients on Banner systems
• Support the development of strategic advisory services for higher education institutions
• Participate in project planning and implementation meetings
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
