About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Coinbase, you will play a crucial role in leading the trading growth strategy for the Base App. Your primary mission will be to increase monthly active transacting users and trading market share by driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will operate horizontally across Core Product, Foundations, and Onramps/Payments/Onboarding, shaping the core trading flows to drive revenue and growth.The Base App is a key component of Coinbase's mission to increase economic freedom in the world. By building an open, global crypto economy that is accessible to everyone, Coinbase aims to create a more equitable and secure financial system. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping to define how millions of users trade onchain, while simultaneously building the engine that brings them in, keeps them engaged, and brings them back.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the crypto market, a proven track record of driving growth through user acquisition and retention, and a strong ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to drive growth and improve the user experience.
What You Will Do
- Lead the strategy and execution for acquisition and retention, driving user growth and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Core Product, Foundations, and Onramps/Payments/Onboarding
- Develop and execute the trading growth strategy for the Base App, driving revenue and growth
- Analyze data and identify trends to inform product decisions and drive growth
- Work closely with the product development team to prioritize and deliver key features and updates
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and internal teams
- Identify and mitigate risks, developing strategies to address potential roadblocks
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive growth and innovation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, driving user acquisition and engagement
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing key features and updates
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth, user acquisition, and retention
- Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven decision making and collaborative team work
- Strong understanding of the crypto market and the ability to analyze trends and developments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex strategies
- Experience with product development, marketing, and growth hacking
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver key features and updates
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies
