About the Role

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Trading Growth strategy for the Base App. This role will be responsible for defining how millions of users trade onchain and building the engine that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Growth Engine: Lead the strategy and execution for acquisition and retention loops, including referral/affiliate programs, win-back flows, and gamification
  • Operate horizontally across Core Product, Foundations, and Onramps/Payments/Onboarding
  • Help shape the core trading flows to drive revenue and increase monthly active transacting users and trading market share
