What You Will Do
- Participate in the construction and maintenance of wind energy projects across Germany
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of wind turbines
- Work at heights, when required, to perform repairs or maintenance tasks
- Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and regulations on site
- Assist in the training of junior staff members
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of wind energy technology and construction methods
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
