About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, Commercial/Enterprise at 1Password, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in the EMEA region. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your day-to-day activities will include researching potential clients, reaching out to key decision-makers, and presenting the value of 1Password's security solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Research and identify potential clients in the EMEA region
  • Reach out to key decision-makers and present the value of 1Password's security solutions
  • Manage sales pipelines and track progress
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and existing customers
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and revenue
  • Utilize Salesforce and Excel to track sales performance and pipeline growth
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
  • 1+ years of experience in sales pipeline generation
  • Results-oriented mindset and a strong focus on driving growth
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience in the security or software industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Familiarity with the EMEA region and its markets
