Job Description

About the Role

As a distributor with AA Medical, you will play a critical role in expanding the company's reach in the market for Non-Stryker Certified Pre-Owned Equipment and Disposables, as well as its Tekyard consignment services. Your primary goal will be to build relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and other healthcare providers, identifying opportunities to provide them with high-quality pre-owned medical equipment. You will work closely with the AA Medical team to understand the needs of your customers and tailor your sales approach accordingly.

The role of a distributor at AA Medical is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring a strong understanding of the medical equipment market and the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers. You will be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, and will be expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand AA Medical's customer base and increase revenue
  • Build relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and other healthcare providers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to provide them with pre-owned medical equipment
  • Manage your own sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Work closely with the AA Medical team to understand customer needs and tailor your sales approach accordingly
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report on sales performance
  • Collaborate with other distributors and internal teams to share best practices and drive business growth
  • Utilize AA Medical's ERP system to manage sales, customer interactions, and pipeline activity

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the medical equipment industry and the needs of healthcare providers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust sales strategy accordingly
  • Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
