Job Description

About the Role

Intellect is seeking skilled Behavioral Health Coaches to provide 1-on-1 telehealth coaching to clients. This freelance remote role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients
  • Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance
  • Support clients in setting personal or career goals and relationships
  • Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform

Requirements

  • Active International Coaching Federation Certification or Master/Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling
  • Skilled in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches
  • Proficient in English and local language
  • Prior experience in EAP, counseling working adults, or coaching managerial roles is preferred
