About the Role
The Amazon Marketplace Specialist role at BEMS Ventures is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and international team, managing multiple Amazon brands across various product categories. As an expert in Amazon Seller Central, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Amazon machine, maintaining account health, and driving business growth through optimized product listings and content creation. With a focus on balancing hard work and fun, the company culture values creativity, collaboration, and open communication.As a key member of the team, you'll report to the U.S. Marketplace Manager, Artem, who oversees the company's US operations. With a strong emphasis on flexibility and work-life balance, the company offers a fully remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from anywhere, as long as you have overlap with US East Coast business hours.
What You Will Do
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures
- Create and optimize product listings, including bulk uploads, variation setup, and content creation
- Maintain account health, handling appeals, and troubleshooting issues proactively
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of category trends and competitor activity
- Cooperate with the Ads team to launch targeted campaigns and monitor performance
- Launch A/B tests to optimize product listings and improve conversion rates
- Schedule deals and implement price changes to drive sales and revenue growth
- Monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon algorithm changes and policy updates, adjusting strategies accordingly
What We Are Looking For
- Strong Amazon Seller Central account management experience, with a deep understanding of Amazon's policies and procedures
- Expert-level bulk file management skills, including flat files, inventory loaders, and feed templates
- Experience with variation family creation and troubleshooting, as well as listing optimization and content creation
- Proven track record of submitting and winning account appeals, with a strong understanding of Amazon's appeal process
- Up-to-date knowledge of Amazon algorithm changes and policy updates, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Experience with Amazon Ads performance metrics, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization
- Basic understanding of product research and development, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
