About the Role
The Benefits Administration Delivery Analyst role at Strada Inc. is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of benefits administration, HR, and payroll processes. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits for clients in the EMEA region, resolving complex issues, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. With a strong focus on customer experience, you will work closely with clients, colleagues, and third-party providers to ensure seamless process delivery.The role entails working in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to problem-solve are essential. You will be working with various data extraction tools, MS Office, and benefits administration systems, such as Benify or SHARP (SAP HR). What You Will Do
- Manage benefits administration for clients' employees in the EMEA region
- Resolve complex issues and enter benefits data into the system
- Collaborate with clients to resolve requests and escalated employee issues
- Work with other Strada colleagues, third-party providers, and client contacts to ensure seamless process delivery
- Process reports using various data extraction tools to meet client plan rules and resolve issues
- Analyze system data to identify gaps in functionality and determine the root cause of issues
- Demonstrate quality assurance fundamentals by executing test plans to ensure client plan rules meet systematic specifications
- Provide input in process design and technology capabilities to ensure optimal process support from a benefits perspective
- Participate in system testing during Internal Acceptance Testing and support User Acceptance Testing, as required
- Contribute to and lead projects utilizing standard project management disciplines
- Take an active part in Process Transition from Client to Strada office, as required
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR administration, or payroll area
- English language proficiency at C1 level (CEFR scale or equivalent)
- German language proficiency at C1 level (CEFR scale or equivalent)
- Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Understanding of the project life cycle and deployment governance
- Experience in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Working experience in Benify or SHARP (SAP HR) system would be an asset
- High level of self-motivation and proactivity

- Experience in benefits administration systems, such as Benify or SHARP (SAP HR)
- Knowledge of project management disciplines and methodologies
- Certification in HR, benefits administration, or a related field
- Experience working in a multinational company or international workforce management
