About the Role
The Benefits Partner will join Dropbox's Global Benefits team to ensure the company offers competitive benefits optimized for its business goals, values, and culture.Responsibilities
- Support the management of international benefits programs across EMEA, APJ, and NAMER, including leave of absence, disability, life and risk insurance, medical, dental, vision, and pension plans.
- Partner with brokers and benefit providers to ensure smooth plan administration, manage renewal cycles, and implement statutory or company-driven updates.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, People Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient benefits administration.
- Analyze benefits utilization, market trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
