About the Role
The Bilingual Client Experience Associate role at AnywhereWorks is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, remote environment, providing exceptional customer service to clients across the United States. As a key member of the client experience team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, capturing incoming leads, and scheduling appointments. Your goal will be to deliver a warm and upbeat tone to every interaction, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported.In this role, you will work from the comfort of your own home, using your computer and excellent communication skills to navigate a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays, with a regular 40-hour workweek.
The client experience team at AnywhereWorks is committed to providing exceptional service, and as a bilingual associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that clients who speak both English and Spanish receive the same level of support and care.
What You Will Do
- Take customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Capture incoming leads and forward messages to clients as needed
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Work independently in a remote environment, using your computer and excellent communication skills to navigate a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with the client experience team to ensure that all clients receive exceptional service
- Stay calm and efficient under pressure, even in high-volume call environments
- Complete an introductory learning and development phase to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
- Use Excel and other software applications to manage data and track client interactions
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the client experience

- A willingness to complete an introductory learning and development phase and achieve satisfactory levels
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- A certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and navigating multiple priorities
