About the Role
Printeez is on the lookout for a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service & Tech Support Agent to join their team. As a remote worker, you will be the face of the company, providing top-notch support to customers via phone, live chat, and tickets. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and promoting the company's services. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be handling a high volume of customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions. - Handle inbound tickets, live chat, and phone calls in both English and French
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Onboard new customers via video calls and guide them through the platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify and report any trends or issues that may impact customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's platform and services
- Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Are Looking For
- Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken), with a professional level of fluency in both languages
- 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or e-commerce environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
- Experience working in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace
- Available to work Monday-Friday, full-time, with the possibility of overtime during peak seasons
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities effectively
