About the Role
The Bilingual Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records within the company's CRM system. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, executing administrative tasks, and providing support to other team members as needed. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including patients, customers, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively in both English and French, both written and orally, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
What You Will Do
- Create and maintain patient records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Execute administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the program
- Ensure data integrity and recognize and question abnormal data
- Act as a liaison between other members of the team and provide support as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing faxes in a timely and efficient manner
- Organize work schedule to complement working hours in multiple time zones
- Label and attach documents to the CRM system
- Cover various shifts as required
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Provide assistance to team members during periods of increased workload
- Foresee and adjust scheduling and workload as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- High School Diploma or Post-Secondary schooling preferred
- Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and French
Nice to Have
- Experience with faxing software, such as MyFax or Right Fax
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment
- Certification in data entry or a related field
