About the Role
The Bilingual Manager, Client Retention & Sales, will play a pivotal role in shaping the outbound sales culture at nesto. As a leader in the mortgage industry, nesto is committed to providing a positive, empowering, and transparent property financing experience. This role will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, leveraging Salesforce and Excel to drive revenue growth.As a key member of the management team, the Bilingual Manager will be expected to design and implement outbound sales strategies, coach and develop sales team members, and maintain high standards of performance. This role will also involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of nesto's proprietary technology and services.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement outbound sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Coach and develop sales team members to achieve high performance standards
- Maintain a real-time pulse on the outbound sales funnel, tracking key metrics and providing daily performance reports
- Develop and manage sales pipelines to optimize conversion rates
- Provide tactical leadership and coaching to bilingual sales teams
- Handle complex escalations and complaints, using mortgage expertise to resolve issues and protect client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver nesto's proprietary technology and services
- Develop and manage lead flow to ensure optimal conversion rates
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience leading sales teams in a commission-based environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including pipeline management and conversion rates
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with experience in developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in analyzing sales data
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, with experience in managing sales pipelines and tracking key metrics
- Fluency in both English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the mortgage industry, with knowledge of mortgage products and services
- Strong understanding of sales ethics and compliance, with experience in managing complex sales situations
Nice to Have
- Experience with Five9 or similar sales technology platforms
- Knowledge of marketing principles, including lead generation and conversion rates
- Experience in managing remote sales teams, with strong virtual leadership skills
- Certification in sales or marketing, such as CSP or CMMP
