About the Role
The Bilingual Sales Development Representative role at Huzzle is a high-energy position that requires a strong background in lead generation and sales development. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing a high-volume outreach strategy, maintaining a balanced multi-channel approach, and achieving monthly targets of outbound meetings booked with qualified prospects.The role is based in Austria, but as a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be part of a fast-paced, global team where your performance will directly impact the company's expansion into the DACH market.
What You Will Do
- Execute a high-volume outreach strategy to identify and qualify leads
- Maintain a balanced multi-channel approach, including LinkedIn Outreach and Lead Qualification
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets of outbound meetings booked with qualified prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage pre-warmed leads and tailored content
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, and Google Workspace to manage leads and communicate with the team
- Identify and qualify leads effectively, using strong expertise in LinkedIn Outreach and Lead Qualification
- Book high-value meetings with pre-warmed prospects who are ready to talk business
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
What We Are Looking For
- Native-level fluency in German (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in high-volume Cold Calling and Cold Emailing
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Outreach and Lead Qualification
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work within EU timezones
- A resilient, high-activity mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
