About the Role
The Bilingual Tier 1 Scheduler plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of medical and psychological examination appointments. As a key member of the scheduling team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments for clients, interfacing with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records. What You Will Do
- Coordinate and schedule medical and psychological examination appointments for clients
- Interface with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal staff to ensure seamless communication
- Accurately enter and maintain scheduling information in the company's database
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain detailed and organized records of scheduled appointments and related communication
- Develop and implement efficient scheduling processes to improve client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the scheduling team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with changing policies and procedures, adapting to new developments as needed

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling or a related field
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with database management and scheduling software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Certification in medical terminology or a related field (desirable)
