You will be responsible for implementing billing operations, auditing billing information, and developing solutions to billing issues. What You Will Do
- Implement billing operations to maximize effectiveness and accuracy
- Audit the accuracy of billing information entered in the system
- Monitor the operation of the billing systems and develop solutions to billing issues
- Work with systems design to implement new features
- Learn how to read customer contracts and implement customer pricing in the system
- Review contracts that are implemented and assist other teams as required
- Take part in Month/Quarter/Year End close activities
- Collaborate with the billing operations management team to achieve business objectives
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain documentation of billing processes and procedures
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in the area of Billings / Revenue / Order to Cash
- Demonstrated problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with Airtable, Oracle, Zuora, and Salesforce is advantageous
- Solid experience working with large volume transactions with strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel user: able to handle very large raw data sets using pivots and other functions such as VLOOKUPS
- 1-3 years experience in an Operations role
- Third level qualification in Accountancy, Finance or a Business related discipline or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
