Job Description

## About the Role Supabase is seeking a Billing Support Specialist to play a critical role in shaping the company's billing experience. This role involves taking ownership of customer billing inquiries, partnering with customers, and working cross-functionally with the Billing Engineering team.

## Responsibilities - Provide timely responses to support cases for various topics, including billing, pre-sales, usage optimization, and disputes - Debug and identify user-specific issues, such as failed payments, unsettled invoices, and payment extensions - Triage support cases, directing users to previous answers, code examples, documentation, or escalating to specific technical or business team members - Identify areas where internal tooling can be developed or obtained to improve support efficiency

## Requirements - 2+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on billing support for technical customers - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English - Ability to communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences - Experience working in async or globally distributed teams - Comfort navigating ambiguity and moving quickly

## Nice to Have - Proficiency in SQL
