Job Description

About the Role

The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise, fixed-term program designed for early career talent to gain an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. As a member of the HR Team, you will be responsible for assisting in sourcing and screening candidates, managing job postings, and coordinating interview schedules. You will also have the opportunity to participate in employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects, as well as contribute to market mapping and competitor research.

The role entails working closely with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies. You will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of work at Binance, and your contributions will have a meaningful impact on the company's journey.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
  • Manage job postings across platforms, including LinkedIn and internal ATS
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS
  • Support market mapping and competitor research to inform hiring strategies
  • Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
  • Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
  • Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives
  • Contribute to candidate engagement strategies and recruitment campaigns

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required
  • Prior internship or experience in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ATS systems, such as Greenhouse or Lever
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and strategies
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry
