Job Description

About the Role

The Blade Service Specialist will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled servicing of blade repairs in wind turbines, ensuring all work is done in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on service of blade repair, inspection, and maintenance
  • Prepare service documents during the repair process
  • Coordinate with the technical team to establish repair processes
  • Communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and customers
  • Maintain reports using GE's software management tools and databases

Requirements

  • Diploma or BE from an accredited college/university
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in composites and epoxy blade repairs
  • Good understanding of EHS policies and procedures
  • Ability to work irregular hours and durations in remote locations

Nice to Have

  • GWO and rope access certificate
  • Proven experience leading field service teams
