• Implement and configure BMC Helix applications according to client specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMC Helix solutions.
• Train end-users and offer continuous support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Document processes, configurations, and any modifications to the Helix platform.
• Stay informed about updates and best practices related to BMC Helix.
• Collaborate with the internal team to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in BMC Helix and related technologies.
• Contribute to the development of internal processes and tools to improve efficiency and service quality.

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 2+ years of experience in a consulting role with a focus on BMC Helix.
• Strong understanding of BMC Helix features and functionalities.
• Experience in application implementation and support in a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support client needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• BMC Helix certifications are a plus.

## Nice to Have - Experience with other IT service management tools and technologies.

• Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
• Fluency in more than one language, given the global nature of the client base.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
