  • Assist in tracking expenses and ensuring that all receipts and invoices are recorded appropriately for proper financial recordkeeping.
  • Handle the updating of the manual books of accounts, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
  • Record transactions in QBO, ensuring timely and accurate financial data entry.
  • Develop and implement efficient filing systems, both physical and digital, to enhance access and security of financial documents.
  • Collaborate with the financial team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Provide support for various financial tasks during the contractual engagement.

## What We Are Looking For - Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and document management, preferably in an academic or similar institution.
