About the Role

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced BPO Sales Director to lead sales efforts in the Insurance industry, focusing on AI-first BPO and BPaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Originate deals proactively, creating demand and establishing relationships with decision-makers
  • Develop customized transformative BPO/BPaaS propositions, leveraging AI and technology automation

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in BPO sales, with a proven track record of success in the Insurance industry
