About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador at VIBRANT Marketing, you will be responsible for representing client brands at various events, retail locations, and promotional activations. Your primary goal will be to engage consumers in meaningful conversations about products, services, and brand initiatives, ultimately creating positive and memorable brand experiences. You will be part of a team of passionate professionals dedicated to building and energizing brands, and your contributions will play a key role in bringing these brands to life.The role of a Brand Ambassador is multifaceted, requiring a unique blend of communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You will need to be comfortable engaging with diverse audiences in public-facing environments, able to think on your feet, and possess a strong understanding of the brands you represent. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team will be crucial, as you will often be required to support event setup, execution, and breakdown.

What You Will Do
- Represent client brands at events, retail locations, festivals, and promotional activations
- Engage consumers in meaningful conversations about products, services, and brand initiatives
- Deliver product samples, demonstrations, and educational messaging
- Create positive and memorable brand experiences
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown as required
- Collect consumer feedback and other program-related data
- Accurately complete post-event reports and required documentation
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent brands in accordance with program guidelines
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the brands and products you will be representing
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of activations and events
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on consumer reactions and suggestions for improvement
