About the Role
As a Brand Designer at Hightouch, you will be at the forefront of shaping and elevating the company's brand through a variety of creative projects. What You Will Do
- Maintain and evolve the Hightouch brand, ensuring its relevance and impact across all platforms.
- Translate technical concepts into visually compelling narratives and assets across multiple touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand story across all platforms.
- Proven ability to take ownership of diverse projects across web, video, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all projects.
- Help shape and strengthen the company's design culture by consistently raising the bar with strong ideas and thoughtful execution.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, continuously bringing fresh, creative ideas to elevate our brand.
- Develop and implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Work closely with the product design team to ensure alignment between brand and product design.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years as a brand or visual designer at a design studio or in-house setting.
- Craft: A strong grasp of layout, color theory, and typography, with the ability to apply these principles across a variety of assets.
