About the Role
The Brand Experience Manager position at Wellcosan GmbH is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering company in the compression therapy and smart technology industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and executing brand experiences that showcase the company's innovative products and values. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing events, activations, and partnerships that bring the brand to life and connect with customers on a deeper level.The role entails working closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure that every event and activation reflects the company's brand personality and promise. You will also be responsible for leading the operational side of events, from planning and execution to evaluation and improvement. As a brand experience manager, you will be the human face of the company, representing Flowell at events and activations, and building relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

What You Will Do
- Identify and secure event opportunities across medical, wellness, beauty, and sports segments
- Develop and execute brand activations, pop-ups, and retail collaborations that express Flowell's personality and promise
- Translate brand strategy into multi-sensory, emotional, and visually compelling experiences
- Plan, organize, and execute event logistics, including location scouting, booth design, staffing, setup, and teardown
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and excellence
- Represent Flowell as the human face of the brand, educating customers about compression therapy and the company's benefits
- Build excitement and convert engagement into direct sales at events
- Evaluate event ROI and continuously optimize based on performance and learnings
- Scout partnership opportunities and co-branded experiences in the medical, beauty, wellness, and sports ecosystems
- Collaborate with leadership to shape Flowell's long-term brand presence in the U.S. market
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in event management, brand activations, trade fairs, or retail experiences
- Strong execution power, self-organized, proactive, and resourceful
- Empathy and charisma, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience working with premium consumer, wellness, or sports products
- Strong understanding of the U.S. market and trends in the medical, beauty, wellness, and sports industries

- Proficiency in Excel and other event management tools
