About the Role
The Brand Growth & Content Creator position at Trust Wallet is a unique opportunity for a skilled content creator to join a global team and contribute to the company's mission to build user growth loops. As a key face and voice of the brand, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality short-form video content that resonates with the target audience. The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, script, produce, and star in video content that showcases the brand's personality and values.The role is based in China, and the candidate will be expected to have a deep understanding of the local market and culture. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a growth-hacking attitude and a solid understanding of the cryptocurrency space, DeFi, self-custody wallets, and Web3 culture.
What You Will Do
- Brainstorm, script, produce, and star in short-form video content that aligns with the brand's tone and style
- Discover and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention
- Design event activations that create engaging experiences for the target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that ensures consistent and timely content publication
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency and Web3 spaces
- Provide input on brand messaging and tone to ensure consistency across all marketing channels
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners and influencers
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms
- Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin
- Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency space, DeFi, self-custody wallets, and Web3 culture
- Proactive, growth-hacking attitude with a willingness to experiment and try new approaches
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
- Experience with co-marketing campaigns and event activations
- Familiarity with Excel and other data analysis tools
