About the Role
As a Brand Marketer at Elevenlabs, you will play a crucial role in elevating the company's presence across all audiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact partnerships and activations that drive brand awareness and affinity. The Brand Marketing team at Elevenlabs is a close-knit group of professionals who are passionate about creating innovative and effective marketing campaigns. As a member of this team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, comms, and design, to ensure that all activations are on-brand and hit hard.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute high-impact partnerships and activations that drive brand awareness and affinity
- Manage multi-million dollar partnership budgets and timelines
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Develop and refine creative campaigns and assets, including copy, design, and video
- Measure and analyze the impact of partnerships and activations, and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, comms, and design, to ensure that all activations are on-brand and hit hard
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Manage and coordinate logistics, including event planning and execution
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the brand narrative and messaging
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, activation marketing, or sponsorships at high-growth technology or SaaS companies
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple dependencies
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to write compelling and memorable taglines
- Strong understanding of the brand narrative and messaging
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and analyze the impact of partnerships and activations
- Experience with Excel and other project management tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with sports partnerships, popup shops, unique OOH, creator partnerships, and online interactive experiences
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning, and how they are used in marketing and advertising
- Experience with design and video production, and the ability to develop and refine creative campaigns and assets
- Certification in marketing or a related field
