About the Role

The Sales Manager – Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals will play a pivotal role in overseeing and expanding sales operations in Brazil for Welldone Chemical. This remote, full-time contract position requires a deep understanding of the chemical industry, particularly in the sale and application of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in client relationship management and market development within the Brazilian region.

The day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing and executing effective sales strategies, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth. What You Will Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity to remain competitive and proactive in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader business goals.
  • Provide market feedback to the product development team to enhance product offerings.
  • Manage key accounts and distributors, particularly within the Brazilian market.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
  • Proven success in managing key accounts and distributors, particularly within the Brazilian market.
  • In-depth knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP products.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other sales management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and as part of a global team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
