About the Role
As a BrSE/Japanese Speaking PM at Hitachi, you will play a critical role in managing projects and ensuring their successful delivery. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and project stakeholders. Your strong digital skills and Japanese language proficiency will be essential in facilitating effective communication and collaboration.The role is based in Vietnam, but you will be required to travel to Japan for meetings and other business purposes. You will be responsible for managing project requirements, facilitating meetings, and ensuring quality assurance. Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills will be essential in this role.

What You Will Do
- Manage project requirements and facilitate meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure quality assurance and conduct regular project reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development and quality assurance
- Develop and implement project plans, including setting goals and objectives
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and resources, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery
- Conduct post-project reviews, and identify areas for improvement
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in software development, information technology, or a related field
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher
- At least 5 years of experience as a Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE) or Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and object-oriented programming
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing project requirements
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based project management tools
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile
- Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture and customs
