About the Role
As a Builder Operations Manager (BOM) at Sunrun, you will play a key role in managing the operational facets of the New Homes project pipeline. This position requires a strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving within the solar production sector.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with New Homes Project Managers to ensure project fulfillment from release to final inspection.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between builders, installation teams, and project management, facilitating smooth communication across all parties.
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks proactively to prevent delays in construction schedules.
- Use data-driven insights to tackle on-the-ground operational challenges while upholding quality standards.
Requirements
