What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain datasets, APIs, and data mappings to support business decision making
  • Create user journeys, user stories, and site path diagrams to inform product development
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop tailored solutions
  • Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, communicating complex ideas and technical concepts effectively
  • Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and technical guides
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the financial sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Direct experience working with external clients and internal teams
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, industry-specific workflows, and data analysis
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and technical concepts effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive business results
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Experience with Design and Design tools
  • Experience creating user journeys, user stories, and site path diagrams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance protocols in the financial sector
  • Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and other project management tools
  • Certification in Business Analysis or related field
