What We Are Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in the BFSI domain, with a strong background in Excel
- Proven track record of analyzing business needs and developing effective solutions
- Experience in retail, corporate, and digital banking, including loans and payments
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investments, and fintech
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a customer-centric approach
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Experience with AI-powered platforms and analytics is an asset
