The Business Analyst - HubSpot Product Owner role at Goglobal is a unique combination of traditional business analysis and product ownership, focusing on the HubSpot ecosystem. What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary Product Owner for the HubSpot platform, owning the product roadmap and vision for sales usage optimization

  • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and communicate platform capabilities and limitations
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and ensure HubSpot usage supports company-wide KPIs
  • Establish and manage a formal change request process for all HubSpot modifications
  • Triage incoming change requests by assessing business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment
  • Develop detailed implementation plans for approved changes, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all HubSpot workflows, automations, and custom processes

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub)
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot's capabilities and limitations
  • Experience in managing complex projects and stakeholders
