What You Will Do

• Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and drive growth
• Conduct requirements analysis and gather critical information from stakeholders
• Create detailed reports and presentations to share with cross-functional teams
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Perform user acceptance testing and manage project deliverables
• Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiency
• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to junior staff
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A track record of following through on commitments
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
