About the Role
Ivy Tech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic engagement with a top 20 global pharmaceutical company. The role involves working closely with Ivy Tech, the client, and internal product teams to deliver digital solutions for global healthcare data platforms.Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and product teams to translate business needs into digital solutions
- Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution definition across complex digital initiatives
- Analyse internal and external business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
- Translate business requirements into functional and application-level requirements for engineering and product teams
- Document the relationships between end users, business processes, data, and applications
- Support the delivery of data-driven digital platforms that serve healthcare and life sciences stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
- Contribute to project planning, product strategy, and delivery oversight
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory considerations, and end-user needs
