Business Analyst

About the Role

Day-to-day, the Business Analyst will be involved in analyzing business needs, conducting research, and documenting processes and workflows. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with process improvement frameworks is an asset.

• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
