About the Role

The Business Development Analyst position at Tangible is a unique opportunity for individuals to work directly with senior members of the commercial team, gaining hands-on experience in financial sales, private markets, and business development. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in institutional sales, investor relations, and private markets. The successful candidate will be based in the US and work closely with the team to scale a fast-growing fintech business.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this position will involve a combination of sales, relationship-building, CRM management, market research, and conference participation. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, naturally curious, and enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and learning how institutional investors make decisions.

As part of the commercial team, the Business Development Analyst will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, including institutional investors, family offices, RIAs, and alternative investment managers. This will provide a comprehensive understanding of the private markets and financial sales landscape.

What You Will Do

  • Support outbound business development initiatives targeting institutional investors, wealth managers, family offices, RIAs, and alternative asset managers
  • Assist with prospecting, lead generation, and sales outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, conferences, and other channels
  • Research prospective clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate and track business development activities across the sales pipeline
  • Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and relationship management initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key market participants
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and opportunities
  • Manage sales workflows and pipeline progression
  • Monitor lead activity and support timely follow-up processes
  • Assist with pipeline reporting, forecasting, and sales performance analysis
  • Track key relationship milestones and engagement metrics
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials and sales collateral
  • Assist with LinkedIn campaigns, conference communications, and outreach initiatives

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in financial markets, private equity, and alternative investments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficiency in Excel
