About the Role
TARA Media is seeking a Business Development Associate (BDA) - Media Seller to build and manage our outbound pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and drive early-stage relationships with prospective clients.Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients that align with our agency’s services and ideal customer profile
- Build targeted prospect lists across priority industries and accounts
- Develop and manage a consistent outbound outreach strategy (email, LinkedIn, events, referrals)
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients and decision-makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, timing, and opportunity potential
- Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings for the sales leadership team
