About the Role

As a Business Development Executive at Fresha, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and acquiring new business partnerships. What You Will Do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets through outreach, sales, and relationship-building with key decision-makers

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing and potential partners to align Fresha's solutions with their needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience
  • Provide feedback on ongoing trends in the industry, using this knowledge to inform sales strategy
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner, documenting all call outcomes in the CRM
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Fresha's products and services, as well as the needs of potential partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategy
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, using this data to optimize sales performance

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience, with a track record of success
  • Experience in the SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms industry is highly desirable
  • Relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to key decision-makers
  • Organized and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Naturally curious, with a desire to continually grow and develop
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with any additional languages being a bonus
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to manage complex sales processes
