## About the Role As a Business Development Manager at Teya, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth in the Czech market. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic plans to expand Teya's customer base, particularly in the hospitality and retail sectors. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing clients, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. The role entails a mix of strategic planning, business development, and team collaboration. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. ## What You Will Do - Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Teya's customer base in the Czech market - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Teya's products and services - Identify new business opportunities, conducting market research and analyzing trends to inform sales strategies - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs - Analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Teya's products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments - Represent Teya at industry events, conferences, and meetings, promoting the company's brand and services - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promoting Teya's products and services to the target market - Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts, including clients, partners, and industry stakeholders - Provide regular sales performance reports, tracking progress against targets and adjusting strategies as needed

## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the fintech or payments industry - Strong knowledge of the Czech market, including key sectors and trends - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and develop insights - Proficiency in Czech and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders - Strong understanding of Teya's products and services, with the ability to promote and sell these to clients

## Nice to Have - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment - Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot - Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including social media and content marketing - Experience working in the hospitality or retail sectors, with a strong understanding of these industries
